D&G was started by Gloria Henderson in August of 1988. The company began with two employees, a vehicle, a ladder, and a garage as a warehouse. Although the business started small it has had steady growth over the past 25+ years. In order to provide for our customer needs D&G moved to a larger warehouse in West Allis, WI. Currently the company continues to experience growth. In fact, Gloria's eldest son Nicholas joined D&G in 2009 as an estimator and project manager. In 2011, Gloria's youngest son Jeffrey also joined the D&G team also as an estimator and project manager. 

 We believe the steady growth in our company is primarily attributed to our mission statement. D&G is built on principles of using quality products and providing fast and reliable services. Our ability to grow is directly linked between customer loyalty and dedication. Our ability to listen to our customers and understand their needs we believe is essential to good customer service. D&G's unique services have established their  place in the industry. This allows D&G to make a substantial impact for our clients.
